I think a good leader is one who is fair, self motivated, appreciative, committed, enthusiastic, understanding and one who can articulate issues. In addition, one who has strong ability to influence the rest of the group in doing something either in a negative or positive way but the best way is to encourage the team to do positive things. I see nature and the environment as a key resource that my country has and I'm willing to do my all to ensure that generations to come can benefit from its pristine nature. I am inspired by things like the "clean city" law in São Paulo that bans outdoor advertising. Not only because I think there is alot of advertising pollution around the world, but because it proves to me that a big change (that I previously would have thought that rich corportations could have stopped) can happen.
